Q1: Are you a trader or manufacture?
A: We are a professional POD manufacture. Our factory is located in Longyan city, Fujian Province, China.
Q2: Can you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, of course. We could offer custom-made OEM/ODM service for you.
Q3: How do I design own products?
A: Simply choose a product that you want to design. Then upload your artwork to the product or design on the spot with our self-developed mockup generator.
Q4: Can I use an image from the Internet?
A: It’s best to use your own photos, logos or artwork. We don’t recommend using images you’ve found somewhere online because you probably don’t have the right to use it or it’s probably way too small to print out nicely.
Q5: What file size and type should my image be?
A: When uploading an image, please use the recommended image pixel in the product detail page. Save your file as a JPG or PNG. The nearer pixel it is, the better quality it will be.
Q6: Does my art safe on Printbelle?
A: Of course. Printbelle respects Artists and Original Copyright. You retain all of the rights to your artworks. We will never sell your designs without providing the royalty you deserve.
Q7: What’s the resolution and formats should my image be?
A: We recommend the following images formats: .JPG, .PNG, .JPEG. Low resolution images may print poorly especially when enlarged. We recommend at least 150 DPI (dots per inch).
Q8: What’s the color model? RGB or CMYK?
A: Even though all of printers we used in factory accept both RGB and CMYK color model, however, the mockup generator accept RGB only. So, please be aware of using RGB color model only when designing and creating products.
Q9: What are your payment terms?
A: T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal, Payoneer and Alibaba Insurance Payment are acceptable.
Q10: How long is the production time?
A: We will strive to print & produce all orders in a week time, but mix & match order requires even longer production time due to across-department manufacturing processing.
Q11: How will you deliver the goods? And how long will it take?
A: We provide UPS, FEDEX, DHL and sea shipping-Matson for your choice. It will take from 7 to 50 days depending on by air or by sea.
Q12: What is the estimated time of the mass production?
A: 7-9 days after receive the payment and also depends on your customized options.
